Terms Of Agreement
1. Scope of Services
LOCTEN Media agrees to provide creative media services, including but not limited to videography, photography, editing, and content production, as outlined in the approved project brief or proposal.
2. Project Timeline
The timeline for project deliverables will be defined and agreed upon before project commencement. Delays caused by the client (e.g., late responses, change requests, or lack of materials) may result in adjustments to the timeline and additional charges.
3. Payment Terms
To initiate the project, the client agrees to the following payment structure:

50% non-refundable deposit due upon agreement to secure the project and schedule.

Remaining 50% balance due upon delivery of final drafts or within 7 days of project completion, whichever comes first.
No final files or deliverables will be released until the final payment is received in full. LOCTEN Media reserves the right to withhold services or pause work if payment is delayed.
4. Cancellation & Refunds

If the client cancels the project after the deposit is made but before work begins, the deposit is non-refundable but no further payments will be due.

If the project is canceled after production has started, LOCTEN Media will retain the deposit and charge a prorated fee based on the amount of work completed.

If LOCTEN Media cancels the agreement due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will receive a full refund of any payments made.
5. Revisions
One (1) round of revisions is included in the project fee. Additional revisions beyond this may be billed at an hourly rate or as a separate fee, discussed in advance.

The client agrees to:

Provide necessary information, branding assets, approvals, and feedback in a timely manner.
